PG&E may implement planned power outages on Monday and Tuesday in the Sacramento Valley area due to elevated fire risk caused by "unseasonably hot" temperatures and dry winds.
The National Weather Service’s Sacramento office has reminded residents to stay "fire weather prepared" as temperatures are expected to reach triple digits and gusty winds are anticipated.
