A judge in Arizona approved a $3.5 million settlement agreement with Rocket Mortgage over insufficient overtime pay. The Fair Labor Standards Act case was dismissed with prejudice.
The agreement, reached through mediation with a retired federal judge, covers legal costs and requires Rocket to pay $3.5 million to class members, with a minimum of $25 per person.
