Neom's 'The Line' project, initially a 170km arc, has been reduced to just over 2km, facing delays and a possible budget increase to $2 trillion.
Finance Minister Mohammed al-Jadaan stated that Vision 2030 projects would be adjusted, delayed, and downscaled to adapt to current circumstances.
