Williamsburg Wharf, a luxury 'resort-style' development, rises on Kent Avenue * Brooklyn Paper
Briefly

Williamsburg Wharf, a 3.75-acre luxury development in Williamsburg, will feature over 800 residential units, commercial spaces, private amenities, and a shared lawn for residents.
The project by Naftali Group includes high-rise towers designed by prestigious firms and promises a 'resort-style' experience with features like a private cinema, outdoor pool, and more.
"Williamsburg Wharf represents an extraordinary vision for the last developable site along Williamsburg's East River shoreline," says Miki Naftali, CEO of Naftali Group, aiming to create a new urban resort destination.
The development will offer a public waterfront park, extend walking and biking paths, and connect to Kent Avenue, with the first phase set to complete by 2025 and sales beginning soon.
