The victim then reported the incident to the 84th Precinct, who confirmed with the manager of the UPS facility that the staff member was captured by a security camera leaving the store with the parcel containing the watch.
In response to a query from Brooklyn Paper, a UPS spokesperson said that its customer relations team is currently working with the owner of the Brooklyn Heights store to "take care" of the impacted customer.
