Jonathan Siguncia, 22, arrested for stalking a woman from a Brooklyn subway station, leading to an altercation. He followed her on train, stared, and chased her into a building.
The incident occurred at the Cypress Hills subway station where Siguncia chased the woman to a building. Surveillance footage captured the events. Siguncia fled afterward, but was later arrested.
