Police arrested a 22-year-old man suspected of stalking and chasing a woman on a Queens-bound J train in March. Jonathan Siguncia was charged with Stalking in the Fourth Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.
The woman reported that the suspect, after boarding at Cypress Hills station on March 19, sat too close to her, followed her when she tried to move, and later physically fought with her at a building in Jamaica. Surveillance video captured him chasing her at full speed.
