Historic Cranberry Street in Brooklyn Heights will see a modern four-story brick house after Architect Tom Kowalski's design approval by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, following years of planning and revisions.
Commissioners praised Kowalski's latest design as a 'modern insertion into a historic neighborhood' and 'a terrific project that is going to fill a hole in the landscape,' despite objections from some locals.
