A 74-year-old woman was struck and killed at an East Flatbush intersection. The victim was found at the intersection of New York Avenue and Avenue D with severe head and body trauma, taken to Kings County Hospital, and pronounced dead.
The 28-year-old driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, and as of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
