Brooklyn student art winners tackle fantasy world, inner healing

Each spring since 1982, the Congressional Institute has sponsored a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in each congressional district.
Anastasia Kril and Benjamin Prestino were the runners-up in the Congressional Art Competition, with their artwork being displayed in Representative Malliotakis' offices for one year.
