Two officers in Brooklyn fatally shot a 26-year-old emotionally disturbed man armed with knives after attempts at de-escalation and taser deployment failed.
This incident, which resulted in the man's death, is the second time in six weeks that police have shot and killed an emotionally disturbed individual.
