An affordable housing lottery has launched for 70 income-restricted and rent-stabilized apartments in a new 11-story development at 1100 Myrtle Ave in Bed-Stuy, called The MC.
The apartments include high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit dishwashers, air conditioning, smart controls for heating/cooling, oak flooring, stainless steel appliances, and Caeserstone countertops.
Amenities in the building include a gym, rooftop deck, BBQ grills, dog run, game room, media room, party room, dog washing station, bike storage, parking garage, with some available at an extra charge.
