Boston Red Sox acquired pitcher Bailey Horn from White Sox in a pregame trade. Horn, 26, designated for assignment by Chicago, will be sent to Triple-A Worcester.
Bailey Horn, with a previous connection to Red Sox's Craig Breslow, had a 4.60 ERA and 1.457 WHIP in 108 career minor league appearances.
