Jaylen Brown scored 32 points, Derrick White made seven 3-pointers, helping Boston Celtics dominate the Cleveland Cavaliers with a 120-95 win in Game 1.
The Cavaliers went 11-of-42 from 3-point range, Celtics were more efficient with 18-of-46. Boston led by 15 points going into the fourth quarter, extended it to 102-79 early in the period.
Donovan Mitchell scored 33 points for the Cavaliers. He joined elite company as the fourth player to score 30+ points in six consecutive playoff series openers.
Derrick White shined with 25 points, continuing his impressive form from the Miami Heat series. Both teams played without starting centers, Jarrett Allen and Kristaps Porzingis, due to injuries.
