Ontario's special investigations unit (SIU) is investigating after a crash between an unmarked police vehicle and an e-bike Thursday sent one person to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash happened around 1:45 a.m. near Queen and Niagara streets, Toronto, with one adult taken to the hospital.
