A man was shot and killed outside the apartment of a friend in Randolph Wednesday night, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey's office.
Detectives were working through the night, collecting evidence and processing the scene. The vehicle was towed to the Randolph Police Station for forensic processing.
