A person was killed when a car drove into a concrete barrier, flipped over, and plunged 40 feet to the ground, landing on an exit ramp on Interstate 93 in Boston Wednesday morning, officials said.
Boston Fire Commissioner Paul Burke mentioned the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene, with no other vehicles underneath the ramp during the crash.
