Kate's recovery is a one day-at-a-time thing. She's not putting any pressure on herself to do anything or see anyone because deadlines can make the recovery way more stressful. She spends more time with her children and is diligently focused on getting better.
She's just uber focused on getting better. William worries, but she reassures him it's all going to be OK. Middleton is going to be focusing on her kids this summer, prioritizing spending quality time with them and making life normal for them.
