Toronto police have identified the victim as Kayelin Rider-Downey, who was shot in a targeted attack in Glendower Circuit, Birchmount Road area.
Two Black men, one seen in a red hat, red shirt, and tan shorts, and the other in a black hoodie, are being sought by the police as suspects.
