Oakland Critical Mass is a monthly bike ride that starts at 8 pm at the BikeLink bike lockers at 14th and Broadway and ends at 23rd and Telegraph. It's both a political-protest for bikers' rights and a fun social ride that takes over the streets.
The ride has as many as 40-50 riders, passing through various streets like Broadway, Grand Ave, Lake Merrit, Park Ave, and others. Some support it with cheers while others dislike it due to traffic disruption during the evening commute.
