Michelin is in discussions to test Uptis tires on Tesla vehicles, expected to last three times longer than regular tires and resistant to punctures due to their design.
The airless Uptis tires bend around road obstacles, prevent pollution, and reduce tire waste. Michelin is also considering testing these tires on other electric vehicles.
