We congratulate everyone who beat us this year, including the new German champions, of course. We'll put the whole thing behind us now, I really want to get out of this season and into the new one. Maybe the fit with us as a team wasn't that good, maybe we needed different types of players, maybe the coach should have done something differently. Everyone involved has a part to play in us having to start again with a new coach, Müller said.
Müller did well to accept defeat to Bayer Leverkusen and even VfB Stuttgart, who were quite frankly way better than Bayern this season. The Bayern stalwart went on to summarise the seasons poor performance by pointing out everyone, yet no one in particular as the issue.
