City officials, including Stephanie Hayden-Howard and Don Bland, are working with a planning team, including third-party facilitator Larry Schooler, to improve relationships and finalize a strategic plan for Animal Services Office in Austin.
The strategic plan consists of four phases: assessment, development workshops for input, finalization with commission and City Council support, and implementation, with involvement from various stakeholders including Austin Pets Alive! and Austin Humane Society.
