However, Sunday was not that fun for Atlanta. Not only did the Braves lose to the Mets thanks to a walk-off home run by Brandon Nimmo, they also are awaiting more information after Austin Riley left the game with tightness in his left side.
A bit of positive news is that, as Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports, the Braves do not feel Riley's injury is initially as bad as the oblique strain that has kept Sean Murphy sidelined since the first game of the season.
Fortunately, the Braves return home and will be there all week to face the Cubs and the Padres. Hopefully, they will be able to continue to find ways to win at Truist Park.
