I can't stand it... It's just so ugly.
It kinda looks like a prison with windows. Just a concrete slab stuck in the middle of a city.
It looks like a mass of stone and glass without much architectural detail.
People feel these buildings are out of scale and not as beautiful as other federal architecture styles.
