Users can ask for personalized suggestions using creative prompts like 'give their brains a big warm hug' or feel like a movie's main character. The feature suggests combining moods, genres, artists, or timeframes for the best results.
To experiment with the AI Playlist, users can choose from existing prompts or type their own. The tool offers songs based on the prompts, allowing users to preview, add, delete, and request adjustments like 'more rock' or 'less sad.'
Spotify plans to iterate on the AI Playlist feature in the coming months, following their previous AI DJ tool release. The company's CEO hints at future AI enhancements for podcasts, like summaries, and audio ads.
