Salesforce is moving to strengthen AI enterprise search and Slack integration through the acquisition of Doti. Slack has offered an enterprise AI search capability since March to help enterprises discover information across applications and services. Doti provides an AI-based enterprise search bot that can be used on Slack to surface insights from tools such as Datadog, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Salesforce, Monday, and Zendesk. Doti supports humans and AI agents in real time by retrieving and interpreting information, enabling automated workflows inside Slack and positioning Slack as a primary workspace with Agentforce.
