The AI-powered job search will be available to all LinkedIn members using the site in English and is expanding to Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese. The tool surfaces relevant open positions without requiring exact keyword matches in job titles or descriptions. The system is used by about 1.3 million people daily and processes more than 25 million searches per week. Initial data indicates job seekers without a four-year college degree who use the tool are roughly 10% more likely to be hired. A large language model parses titles, descriptions, and other data to map semantically similar listings across locations and industries. Users can search by general job properties, such as protecting oceans, to find relevant roles.
