Stay Strong: Keeping Your Mind and Body Healthy
Briefly

"Attitude can change the way we frame those challenges from being frustrations to being opportunities [to grow]," says Richard Addante, Ph.D., professor of psychology at California State University, San Bernardino.
"Maybe it's an opportunity to spend time with your loved ones. Maybe it's an opportunity to decompress from whatever it is that might be stressing you at work," suggests Dr. Addante.
Dr. Addante notes that challenging situations at home during extended periods can serve as opportunities to practice tolerance, peacefulness, and teamwork.
He recommends considering your reaction and the other person's point of view in moments of disputes, emphasizing the importance of understanding and letting go.
