Spiced Pork Ribs

Rub ribs with Tajín Clásico Seasoning, marinate, then bake with a mixture of hot sauce, oil, and brown sugar. Finish under broiler for a charred finish.
Wrap ribs in foil, bake in a water bath for moisture. Unwrap, broil for a caramelized crust. Serve with lime wedges and more hot sauce.
