The 2026 Sea Otter Classic showcased a variety of 32" wheeled mountain bikes and components from various brands.
Wolf Tooth Components has added new 6mm offset in the 8-bolt mounting pattern for 34T and 36T mountain bike chainrings. Compared to larger 38-tooth-and-up gravel and cyclocross chainrings, these tooth counts let you run ultra-low gearing for your gravel bike or bikepacking rig. And the new 6mm offset (which puts the chainring 6mm closer to the frame's center line) gives you a better chainline for frames with with non-boost spacing...which is virtually every gravel bike.
It seems that Santa Barbara, California's Stinner Frameworks, is "looking California and feeling Minnesota," as they team up with the Minnesota machining gurus, Wolf Tooth Components. This partnership enables the selection of high-quality, domestically manufactured parts for Stinner Select and Podium Series bikes. Additionally, this new alliance allows customers to choose Wolf Tooth parts directly through Stinner's website, with color-coordinated components automatically selected to match their chosen theme.
Wolf Tooth's Waveform Pedals offer a dual-concave design that naturally cradles your feet while maintaining solid power transfer during aggressive trail riding. They feature a shaped profile that's thicker at the edges (14mm) than at the center (12.5mm). This creates a secure pocket for your shoes. With 11 stainless steel grip pins per side and proportional sizing options, these pedals aim to keep your feet planted. Whether you're hitting technical climbs or navigating sketchy descents in variable conditions, these pedals will hold tight.
