"I feel that I am being a little pushy, sometimes too much. But I think that pressing is important. I'm sure that on the pitch my teammates sometimes think that I talk too much," he told the media. "But I am going to demand from people that they can give much more. I take responsibility and in the dressing room we all hug each other to celebrate the victory."

If somebody needs a motivation, then I think the best motivation is to have a good life, and therefore you need to be successful, you need to feel well in the environment where you are, you need to enjoy going to your work, you need to enjoy meeting your teammates, you need to enjoy playing football.

The mentality is really special in this club. We have this winning mentality, and that is what made the difference last season between us and the other clubs. I want to make sure we carry on from that and that we are in a better place. It won't be easy, and I know that.
