Women's Hockey Team Breaks Into the New York Market
The newest professional sports team in New York is P.W.H.L. New York, a team in the Professional Women's Hockey League. They played their first game in Toronto and will play their first home game at UBS Arena at Belmont Park tonight.
The New York team has the advantage of dividing their home games between two arenas, maximizing their visibility and reaching a larger potential fan base across the tristate area. [ more ]
