Chadian opposition leader Succes Masra appointed transitional PM
Chad's transitional president, General Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno, has appointed a former opposition leader, Succes Masra, as prime minister.
Masra recently returned from exile after reaching an agreement with Chad's military leaders.
