Company fined after targeting millions with illegal marketing calls
A home improvement company has been fined 150,000 for making over 2.6 million unlawful marketing calls in the UK.
Poxell Ltd tried to withhold their identity, made calls to individuals with serious illnesses, and purchased multiple telephone lines to avoid detection. [ more ]
