US threatens to sue Texas over law allowing state police to arrest migrants
The US Department of Justice is threatening to sue Texas if it implements a law allowing state police to arrest individuals suspected of crossing the border illegally.
Senate Bill 4 (SB4) aims to prohibit sanctuary city policies and make improper border entry a criminal offense. [ more ]
