SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The average resale ticket price for the big game this year will run you $9,913 according to Forbes -- and the cheapest ticket that will get you in the door is about $5,800 per Stub Hub. Staying home and hosting a viewing party will definitely save you big bucks -- but the average cost of a Super Bowl party will still cost you a bit more in front of the big screen than it did last year.
