S-AR adorns house's exposed concrete volumes with black metalwork in mexico
The Casa en la Sierra de Arteaga is a weekend house in the northern Mexican state of Coahuila, designed by S-AR design studio. It is strategically positioned on a slope within an old orchard and offers panoramic views of the mountains.
The layout of the house prioritizes minimal impact on the site and surrounding vegetation, while incorporating courtyards to introduce natural light and break up the internal program.
