Steve Harley, the British musician behind the hit song 'Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me),' has passed away at the age of 73.
Harley formed the band Cockney Rebel, which had a successful career, including the 1975 album 'The Best Years of Our Lives.' [ more ]
