Afghanistan football president and coach forced me to fix matches, claims banned player
A former Afghanistan international football player has accused his coach and the president of the football federation of forcing him to send emails to a match-fixer in an attempt to arrange game results.
The player claims that the match-fixing plot involved games against Nepal and Sierra Leone at the Merdeka tournament in 2008. [ more ]
