Texas Supreme Court Pauses Lower Court's Order Allowing Pregnant Woman To Have An Abortion
The Texas Supreme Court has temporarily halted a judge's ruling that allowed an abortion for a pregnant woman with a fatal diagnosis for her fetus.
The woman, Kate Cox, filed the first lawsuit of its kind in Texas since the Supreme Court ruling last year that overturned Roe v. Wade. [ more ]
