South London serial sex attacker will stay behind bars as open prison move rejected
Kirk Reid's move to an open prison was rejected by the Parole Board due to safety concerns.
Reid carried out 28 attacks on 27 women, including two rapes, between 1995 and 2007, and had a history of coming to police attention. [ more ]
