Video shows moment heroic off-duty Met officers intervene to stop knife attack while at work drinks
Off-duty police officers stopped a knife attack in south London while enjoying post-work drinks at a bar in Elephant Park.
The officers quickly intervened and restrained the assailant, preventing the victim from sustaining more serious injuries.
The suspect, Joseph Jimenez, was charged with possession of a bladed article and affray and was jailed for the incident. [ more ]
