A man has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the death of a woman found injured in a vehicle near High Park on Friday, Toronto police say. The 48-year-old Toronto man is due to appear in court on Tuesday. He was arrested and charged on Monday, according to the Toronto Police Service.
