RIP To The Kraken. Here's Hoping Whatever Replaces It Is Equally Ridiculous.
The Supreme Court rejects cert petitions from Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, and Kraken lawyers for frivolous election litigation. Judge imposed sanctions after a chaotic livestreamed hearing in July 2021.
Despite arguments, Lin Wood and Sidney Powell's responsible for unvetted filings in election challenge. Judge Parker's ruling criticized lawyers for abusing the judicial process and ordered them to cover legal costs. [ more ]
