Everyone will tell you to get the chicken, and everyone is right. It's half of the bird in a glossy, herbal sauce. Swimming in the dish alongside it are the real stars of the show: chunks of Parmesan-roasted potatoes, their edges crispy and craggly and ready to sop up the pan gravy.
