The French tax authorities (DGFiP) consider that work is carried out in France when it is physically performed from French territory, regardless of the employer or the location of the clients.

"Diversity is something you can measure: How many internationals? What is the gender balance and so on, but inclusion is something coming from the inside, the subjective feeling of, 'do I really feel part of the club here?'"
