Defense Innovation Board looks to lock data access in 'all vendor agreements'
The Pentagon is considering a legislative requirement that would mandate data access in all vendor contracts.
The Defense Innovation Board has recommended legislative text for the FY2025 National Defense Authorization Act to enshrine DOD data access and rights in all vendor agreements. [ more ]
