Officer charged with assaulting woman wrongly arrested for fare evasion in Croydon
A Metropolitan Police officer has been charged with assaulting a woman who was wrongly arrested for bus fare evasion.
The officer is charged with assault by beating for causing bruising injuries to the woman's arm during the arrest. [ more ]
