North Carolina Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson made controversial remarks about transgender women using women's restrooms, saying they will be arrested.

Utah governor signs bill to throw trans people in jail for using the correct facilities
Utah Governor Spencer Cox has signed a bill into law that creates criminal penalties for transgender people who use bathrooms associated with their gender.
The bill states that people can only use the restroom of their sex assigned at birth in publicly-owned facilities and includes penalties for those who do not comply. [ more ]
